Hratch Karakachian

Hratch Karakachian has served in the accounting industry for over 18 years. He is currently is the owner/manager of his CPA firm providing tax preparation, tax consulting and advisory services to high net worth individuals and families and owner-operated enterprises in a variety of industries. Hratch is also an Attorney and in through his law firm counsels and represents clients in tax controversies and tax litigation matters before various tax agencies. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in Los Angeles where he rose through the ranks from staff accountant to manager. Prior to establishing his own practice, Hratch was also employed as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax LLP and HCVT LLP.

He received a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration (emphasis real property development and management ) from the University of Southern California where he was an Accounting Scholar and on the Dean's List and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He earned a Master of Business Taxation also from the University of Southern California. His law degree is from the University of West Los Angeles. He is co-chair of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association's Tax Section where he organizes and monthly legal continuing education luncheon speaker series.
